respected all
   i am a programmer. write now i am working in visaul basic as a 
programming language and oracle as database. now i want to detect all the 
oracle servers in local network through visual basic. the net8 facility of 
oracle provides this detection. but i don't know how to use this facility 
in visual basic.
   so please tell me how to use net8 facility or oracle in visaul basic. 
or is there any other way to detect oracle servers in local network 
through visual basic.
