Change 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss' to 'yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss'

I got the following error when executing the below sql statement.
 
select * from d_schedule where SCHEDULE_DATE= to_date('2003-02-14
15:44:22', 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss')
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01810: format code appears twice
