hi, 
i am getting some problem in configuring the report server on windows NT with SP 6.0. 
i have installed Management server successfully and it is working well.the default password of Reports_user is also changed.after that i issued the batch file 

oemctl configure rws. 
it give that the configuration is successful. 
but when i try to view the reports in the browser by typing following URl 
http://:port/em/NavigationServlet 
it gives me that the 

apache 1.8.6 server encountered the internal error 500 report it to admin. 
any help will be greatly appreciated.
