Ctrl&#43;Insert will copy selected rows WITH headers

Ctrl&#43;C will copy selected rows WITHOUT headers

Hi all, 

New to TOAD so I am having a few problems.....

I can do the ctrl/insert to copy query results but the resulting data isn&#39;t under the header.&nbsp; Is there a way to copy/paste so you can see the header and the data for that field under that header?
