Use the Export Data widget - use 'Fixed Field Spacing' to clipboard for selected rows option.

Hi,

thanks for the response.

I want the headers, but would like the data for a column under the actual header. When I copy with headers the paste looks like this

CLOSING_DATE STORE_NO DIV_NO NEW_BUSINESS_DATE TIMESTAMP STORE_CLOSE_FLG CHK_REG_CLOSE_FLG AGE_BKRM_FLG PURGE_BKRM_FLG PURGE_CSH_REG_FLG ROLL_BUSINESS_DT_FLG SALES_AUDIT_PROC_FLG

9/13/2011 1101 0 9/14/2011 9/28/2011 8:19:21 PM Y N N N N N N

Is there a way to get the data to show up under the corresponding header?

Thanks,
christine

Ctrl+Insert will copy selected rows WITH headers Ctrl+C will copy selected rows WITHOUT headers

Hi all,

New to TOAD so I am having a few problems.....

I can do the ctrl/insert to copy query results but the resulting data isn't under the header. Is there a way to copy/paste so you can see the header and the data for that field under that header?

Thanks in advance for your help,
christine
