No, it should happen automatically.  When you customize, then close Toad, it writes the changes to a file called Toolbars.ini, in your user application data folder.  When Toad starts again, it reads from that file.  So unless there is something funky with your user files folder, I'm not sure what's going on.  Open up Options > General and grab your Application Data directory folder. Navigate into the \User Files subdirectory. Is there a Toolbars.ini & does it match the date/time of when you close Toad?

Hi, I've just started using 11.0.0.116.  i keep adding my favorite 
command to the toolbar, but everytime I close Toad and open it again, 
the customization is lost.  Is there something I have to do to save it?
