The grids are much more customizable than ever before, so it's not as
simple as it used to be to turn this feature on.

 

Options -> Data Grids -> Visual -> Edit Styles -> Edit -> select 'Nulls'
in the list on the left -> check the "Color" checkbox and click the
'...' button to choose your color.

 

Then OK your way out of all that.

There is a null column text option in TOAD 11 and 10 I think.  However,
In prior releases, there was a null column COLOR option or something
like that?

 

I think it was much more useful.  Are there any plans on bringing it up?

 

The issue with column text option for me is that no matter I put in, it
might show up in the real data...
