There are a few ways to do that w/o the expensive Oracle Gateway. I haven't
used this, but:
http://www.easysoft.com/applications/oracle/database-gateway-dg4odbc.html
...is free after registering.
Personally, I'd push/pull from SQL Server, if possible. Actually, that's
exactly what I do, using Toad for SS to set it up.
