Phyllis has good advice, but if you're looking for other objects (functions, procedures, etc.) in the DB that use a specific view, then go to the Views tab in Schema Browser, then select the Deps tab on the right.

It sounds like you want the Object Search utility.  Under the "Search" menu is the option for "Object Search".  You can enter in your view name and what kinds of objects you want to have TOAD search for it and then let it do its magic.
