Does TOAD or Oracle have something similar to Data Profiler

Does TOAD for Oracle, or Oracle itself have something that does the same thing as Data Profiler in SQL Server?
It's my understanding that the Data Profiler looks at Min/Max, distribution of values, etc in a table of data and reports out.
I know this could be done by SQL statements, but just wondering if there was something more "canned" available.
