Yes, no problem. I use a 32 bits Oracle 10 and 11 client on my Windows 7 64
bit without any problems.

The only thing, is to be sure that the Oracle 10 client is 10.2 and higher.
There is an issue with older Oracle clients where if there is a parenthesis
in the path name, the program using the client does not work. Toad is a 32
bit program, so the default directory is c:\program files (x86)\quest.....
so Toad could have a problem with the older Oracle client then 10.2.0.4
