RE: List index out of bounds (-1).

We've seen this happen when Toad is installed over top of an older Toad version, or 2 versions of Toad are pointing to the same application data folder.

Close Toad.  Go to options > General and locate your application data folder.  Remove the folder named after the version of Toad (11.1).  Run Toad and when prompted you can then let Toad migrate your user files over from a previous version.

If you actually installed Toad 11.1 into an existing Toad folder, I suggest you uninstall all instances of Toad on your machine and re-install into their own, fresh directories.
