TOAD Error... [1 Attachment]

Yesterday I installed TOAD 11 on my Windows7 machine
Opened a TOAD
I logged in to some database
Typed 'Highlight table names' in the search box and entered
Closed the web page displayed by Toad
Now I try to close my TOAD and it displays below message
Message is in attached document (Word2010)
 
Can someone clarify?
