Run the stmt

Displays 
Test & Dev

TOAD Version 11.0.0.116
Run the stmt 
select 'Test & Dev' My_Col from dual;

Displays prompt dialog box
 <<Picture (Device Independent Bitmap)>> 

Why?

I know & in SQL prompt character.
