It was a bug in 10.6. It is fixed in Toad 11.

Try putting the text cursor somewhere in the proc part of pkg.proc

Hello,

I have Toad 10.6.1.3 and when I press f4 on pkg.proc it is taking me to start of the package instead I want the control to proc directly. I had this in my older toad and after I upgraded control is not taking me to proc directly.
