Alternatively, r-click within the data grid and enable row select, then multiselect only those rows you want to copy. Press ctrl+c to copy the data only or ctrl+insert to copy the data along with the column headers.

Pick the Export Dataset from that menu, pick your format (HTML, delimited, etc.), and pick the Clipboard radio button.

In Toad 11, is there a way to copy the data grid to the Clipboard?  I think it may be possible with "Export Query as Flat File" on the right click menu, but don't know how to use it.  The Help topic on it doesn't cover the possibility.
