Yeah, it's rare, but I start from scratch from time to time with the app data as well.  Usually this is an extreme measure as we often can find the culprit.  

I've gotta go with the G-Men.  My Redskins and the NFC East was terrible this season... maybe they can get us just a little redemption.

Been there, tried that, but no luck.  Tried renaming SavedSQL.DAT, no luck. 
Turns out that it's easier to rename the whole User Files directory and
start over, so that's where we went.  It's good practice anyway to make sure
those saved passwords are what you think they are.  :)
