How to easily migrate Oracle DB from 1 server to another, or export/import?

Hi,

I'm still evaluating all Toad tools and I'm wondering if they are able to solve my problem: I have read access to an oracle DB which I don't control (no server access, nothing, just read to some tables).
Now I want to import that data to my oracle local installation and I see toad has some export / import capabilities.

Is toad able to solve my problem and how can I do this in an easy way and making sure it migrates everything (lob columns, etc).
