Um, I have said should say "the OCI has a lot of problems with XML in Unicode mode". Other than that, it's good. The OCI has a lot of problems in Unicode mode, and this is one of them. I'll take another look at it to see if I can handle the error any better, but getting it to "just work" as it should is beyond my control.
