Earliest Toad version to support Oracle 11g

There are different versions of Toad being used in the team in function of the acquisitions we made. My question is therefore: What is the minimum version of Toad REQUIRED to connect to Oracle 11g and be able to do usual developers operations: select, ... compile packages, ...?
