Suggestion for formatting tools: case options

I've added the following to the Idea Pond for Toad:

When I format a program I want to have some extra possibilities for CASEing.

1) Add an option for CONSTANTS that are treated different. Reason, I want
to uppercase the constants.

2) Add an option for all names to use the first casing found in the program
(or the casing used in the decleration). I prefer to use names as
cMySearchStringFound, but I don't like to type them, but only once in the
declaration.
