Matt beat me to the punch :)

 11.5 has added an additional  check for SYS users. Also make sure that the Read Only option is not set in the connection. That has caught me on a number of occasions.

If you are on 11.0 and are logged in as SYS, you might get the message below. Try configuring TC with a standard DBA-level user.

I am trying to configure team coding with TOAD 11.xx.
When I try with option "Configure team coding" I get

[cid:[email protected]]

I am connected to the database with DBA privileges, but pressing OK gives me:

[cid:[email protected]]

What I am doing wrong ??
