SB Tablespaces doesn't show empty TSs

Howdy,
I just restored a full DB using RMAN, which did not create the tempfiles
from their corresponding Temp tablespaces. The TSs still exist, there's
just no files associated with them. And when this happens, the Tablespaces
tab in the SB does not show the "empty" temp TSs IF the "Include Usage Info"
is checked in the filter (which makes sense, given the differences in the
SQL used when that option is checked).
This is on 11.5.0.56 and probably earlier. Obviously not a huge deal, but
thought I should mention it for the sake of completeness.
