  Thanks for reporting this.   A patch for Toad 11.5 will be available soon and this will be fixed in the patch.  I don't know the exact release date.

I am using Toad for Oracle Xpert v 11.5.0.56
I tried to import a csv file where the last column is varchar2(2000), nullable, and many rows have nulls. The file has a header row & the first data row has null in that last column. The import wizard insisted on filling in the null field with data from the previous row. In the case of the first row, it put the name of the column.
I could not find anything in the options that would stop it from happening. Ultimately, I had to use a different tool.
