exact error in pop up message is : 

Function 5078 ( QP5_GUI_GET_CONTROL_SETTINGS) was called with NULL handle, but it requires a handle of type GUI

while clicking on options on toad 11.5.0.56 an error message is poping up.   Any help is appreciated.
