Spool SQL Errors in 11.5.0.56

This is random but occurs very frequently if Toad has been open for a few hours. Steps executed in order
1. Spool to Screen - refresh schema browser, generates floating point division by zero error.
2. Spool to File - refresh schema browser, usually no errors, but I really don't know where the file is. Occasionally get: System Error. Code: 1400. Invalid window handle
3. Spool to Screen - refresh schema browser, 50-50 shot for division error or success.
4. Get mad, kill Toad, restart Toad, start to post a message...works great.
