ER: Describe PLSQL Call Stack window

Here is what I get when I look at the PLSQL Call Stack when I get an error running a package.procedure (usually logged in some error logging table):

It would be really good if I could "F4 Describe" this error in TOAD and for it to display a PLSQL Call Stack Describe window that listed the calls in the Navigator on the LHS (in a tree view?) and the associated package.procedure calls in the RHS.

This would be very similar to the existing F4 Describe window but I would like it to differ in one important way - the SAME package would be displayed more than once where more than one procedure in the package was called.  It could just jump to the relevant procedure in the same open tab when you click in the navigator but I'd like to maintain where I was in that first procedure (if I had to scroll down or had highlighted something in that first tab - I wouldn't want to lose context).
