Yes, that also works and is quite well known. However, I prefer to see 
the data, wherever possible, I'm inserting - so I'd be slightly loathe 
to use "chr(38)" if I could use the '&' instead. Plus, being a lazy sort 
of person, '&' is 4 characters less to type! ;-)
