Analyze table different behaviour

Hi,

Happens as well in the beta as in the GA-release:

Situation: we have personal user-accounts. To 'do something' we have to explicitly issue the command 'set role dba'. After doing so in sqlplus I can issue 'analyze table perfstat.stats$latch estimate statistics' and the table gets analyzed. In Toad in the editor window this works like a charm as well, but when I'm in the schema browser, in the PERFSTAT-schema, Tables-tab and I use rightmouseclick to analyze the table, the 'Analyze all objects' window shows up and after pressing the green arrow I get the errormessage 'ORA-01031 Insufficient privileges'.

After granting the privilege 'Analyze any' to me explicitly the issue is solved.

Why is this different? Or am I overlooking something?
