No, nobody knows.

It’s one of those troublesome questions like “Why is the sky blue,” or “Why is Mickey Mouse’s voice higher than Mini’s?”

Oh very well, if you insist.  Mine is in My Documents\PeopleSoft\Toad\User Files.  That’s probably a result of setting the GENERAL option Application Folder to  My Documents\PeopleSoft\Toad

So have a look at your general options, note the Application Data Directory folder and go from there….  At least, works for me.  And you may no longer have to wonder where those ubiquitous little gnats come from when you place a peach on your counter.  How DO they know, anyway?  But it’s OK - they’re great TOAD food!
