Toad Assist Code Completion

I really like the feature that when in the Editor I type a table name
and a period, Toad presents me with a pick-list of column names in that
table. IIRC, in the past I could specify whether or not the results of
my choice matched the case of whatever I was typing. Now I always get
upper case. Has the config option for that gone away, or am I just
looking in the wrong place?
