DB monitor doesn't refresh after lost connection is reestablished

Hello,

I think I came across a bug in DB monitor: if you run DB monitor in auto refresh mode and loose connection to the DB, then after connection is reestablished (manual reconnect) it doesn't refresh charts automatically anymore.
sometimes I as well experience that neither manual refresh works.


I have definitelly seen this behaviour in v11.5 and v11.6
