We have an urgent requirement as follows:

*Lincoln Financial Retirement Systems is implementing Salesforce.com.    *



*Project Kickoff is 1/15 and go live date is 10/2013.*



An accomplished Project Manager that has a strong functional knowledge of
SFDC.   This person should have experience managing multiple projects in
SFDC, including managing development and functional resources in
implementations that include campaign management, Outlook integration and
mobile projects.



-        Salesforce knowledge should be at a level that this resource could
interface closely with an application architect in helping to steer the
project and translate ‘as is’ into viable ‘to be’ solution.

-        PMP certification is a plus, but not mandatory.  Excellent written
or verbal communications and interpersonal skills.   Should be a strong
leader and able to run project meetings independently and manage to
timelines.

-        Major plus – Demonstrated recent experience in successfully
completing ‘soup to nuts’/ full life-cycle SFDC implementations of at least
50 users.

*Project has 2 parts.*

*Part 1 is activity tracking system and interaction activities (meeting,
presentation, action items) to integrate with outlook*



*Part 2 is to extract data from fulfillment/campaign system which is Unica
to send files for CRM to fulfill call center fulfillment activities.*



*These two parts will run parallel to one another.  PM must have CURRENT
SF.com integration experience and have the ability to teach/train LFG staff
to SF configuration features.*
