It first appeared in Toad 9.7, but it has had some improvements in every (or nearly every) release since then.

Which version of Toad for Oracle do I need in order to have access to the Trace File Browser? I think from the web site info it's the "DB Admin Module (add-on)", but I'd like to be sure.
