Printing ER Diagrams from Toad for Oracle

I am running Toad For Oracle Xpert Version 11.6.1.6 using the
Database->Report->ER Diagram feature.  I have a one page diagram with 13
objects.  When I print preview this report everything looks good. When I
print some of the objects have their outlines but nothing else (column
names etc.) . Some objects have half the text printed.  Very confusing.  I
have found the only way to print these diagrams reliably is to take a
screen snapshot, past the snapshot into word, and print that.

What to do?
