Version 2.2.0 of pg_bloat_check.py has been released

pg_bloat_check.py is a script that uses the pgstattuple contrib module to
provide very accurate bloat statistics for both tables and indexes. Version
2.2.0 now takes into account an object's fillfactor setting to give an even
more accurate assessment.
