Brimbox, a GNU v3 database application built in Postgres and PHP has been
updated.

It could be classified as a multipurpose database system.

Brimbox brings the power of Postgres and a PHP framework to smaller
databases. It is an alternative to turnkey solutions, spreadsheets and
custom databases.

The latest version now supports translation and many to many relationships.
