Version 3.1.0 of PG Partition Manager has been released. This version
brings pg_partman support of native partitioning in PostgreSQL 10 on par
with the existing trigger-based partitioning method. To account for index
and foreign key application to child tables, a template table configuration
option has been made available. Note that this feature is a temporary
work-around until core postgres supports the inheritance of such features
to newly created child tables automatically.

This version also contains several bug fixes for retention and time-based
trigger function code. Please see the CHANGELOG for more information.

Thanks to all the users for feedback and support!
