pg_back 1.4 released

pg_back is a simple (well kind of) bash shell script that can dump all
your databases to files.

It can operate on standby server and takes care of pausing and resuming
WAL replay.

The 1.4 release brings support for PostgreSQL 10.

pg_back is licensed under the classic 2 clauses BSD license.
