PostgreSQL in Windows2000 PRO

Hi, I am trying to install PostGres in my machine with OS windows 2000 PRO as instructions in the site http://www.postgresql.org/docs/faqs/text/FAQ_MSWIN , but I am not having success. I follow the instructions but when I am not able to init the db ( please see below ) . What´s wrong ? What may I do ?
