Issues With Windows 98

Hi,

Has anybody had any problems with PostgreSQL (7.4.2-1), phpPgAdmin (3.4.1)
and PHP (4.3.8) running on an Apache (1.3.29-2) server in Cygwin (1.5.10-3)
running on Windows 98? (I'm running Windows 98SE).

Any help is appreciated before I begin a potentially fruitless quest.
