Login failure : Error 1069

Hackers

I installed Postgresql on windows. Didn't need the admin stuff. Copied all 
postgresql directories to test computer with the exception of odbc and 
pgAdmin III.

After creating a non-admin user and registering the service with pg_ctl for 
the user, i get this message when trying to start the service.

Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure.

Any guess?
