installation problem on XP

Hello,

I am having installation problem in installing postgres8.0. I am
getting message that "installation package could not be found. Contact
the vendor that this is a valid windows installer package". Details of
which are in attached install.log.

I tried this thing by disabling Norton Antivirus and Windows
Antispyware on my PC.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
