Upgrading from 7.x to 8.x

I just wanted to check if there are any special
instructions for upgrading from Postgresql 7.x (under
cygwin) to 8.x (native) on Windows. How do I go about
uninstalling - just use cygwin's installer? What about
removing postmaster from Windows services?
