problem making DBD-Pg

Hi,

I'm having a problem getting DBD-Pg to compile and was wondering if you could point 
me in the right direction. perl Makefile.PL is fine, however the make blows up. The 
error is:

Hopefully it a silly configuration error that I'm not seeing. Please let me know if
