Fwd: DBI for Debian

 Hi

I need the DBI package for Debian.

I am using Debian etch 4.0 Perl 5.8.8 and Postgresql 8.1

I managed to find DBI  from CPAN and extracted it to Debian. I am not sure
if i can do that.

I cant seem to do make on debian i ll get error messages such as

Pg.xsi in fuunction XS_DBD__Pg__db_disconnect
Pg.XSI 277  error invalid value in assignment

Please could you help.
