Edit Makefile.PL, change:

DBI::DBD::dbd_postamble
to
DBI::DBD->dbd_postamble

I think there was another way to fix this...but it escapes me at the moment.

On an unrelated note I see the current version is now 2.4.0, guess I'd 
better catch up...
