Not agressive, just consistent. The revision number is for super-minor
fixes and tweaks, while anything else, e.g. new functions, bumps
the minor number. We'll be going to 2.10.0, 2.11.0, etc. so there
is no need to hit 3.0.0 until we decide to. I'm also being a lot
more "release early, release often" than in the past.
