<DBD-Pg>not working (IIS )

Hello all,

First of all,thank you for the great work!

I've been trying to install DBD::Pg on windows server 2003
but with no success.

Here is the config :

postgres 8.3
activeperl 5.8.8 (522)
windows server 2003
IIS 6

I've first tried DBD-Pg 2.0 but then get a message like

install_driver(Pg) fail load_file:cannot find the procedure at
Dynaloader.pm line ...
(something like : are you sure you have the dlls at the right place?)

I have installed the opensll dlls in the system32 folder.
but didn't change anything.
I have installed the same configuration on windows XP pro with apache
but everything worked just fine...

So, then I thought I could try with an older version 1.49
and indeed the above error did disappear but...
the DBI->connect silently dies and perl just don't print what follows.
(if I could at least have an error message...)
This is for an intranet so i didn't put the host (try with localhost though)

As I do not have any errors I am lost : is DBD-Pg working
(use DBD::Pg doesn't die)?
is postgres configuration wrong?

I need to install this on a client server and I really don't know what
I shoud do next...

If someone could point me out where I should look it would be much
appreciated!
