Nope. I saw that and finally just commented it out as of 2.9.1, as
it's testing a rather corner case, and the assertion is happening
from the DBI side, not the DBD::Pg side. I also mailed the
dbi-dev list, but nothing yet. We should get it addressed at some
point of course, but for now there is no reason to make our tests
fail due to this.
